Each year, Congress passes a piece of legislation called the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). As Congress works on the FY 2021 NDAA, please write to your Members of Congress and ask them to remove all restrictions on transferring detainees out of Guantanamo - particularly restrictions on transfers for medical treatment.
